This Saturday

It is our pleasure to send you this personal invitation to attend the opening of our Seattle Neighborhood Community Focus exhibition celebrating...

Southeast Seattle

There will be an Open House Saturday, May 7, 2005 from 2 to 4pm. A short welcoming program will begin at 2:30pm. Special Guests will include State Representatives Bob Hasegawa and Zack Hudgins, City Councilmembers David Della, Nick Licata and Richard Conlin and Yvonne Sanchez from the Department of Neighborhoods. Southeast Seattle resident and Author Jim Diers will be the keynote speaker.

There is no charge for this event.

We hope you can come and be a part of the celebration.

Over 40 organizations and individuals from the Southeast Seattle Area will be sharing their stories at the exhibit. These photo and caption exhibits, PowerPoint presentations, DVDs and videos will display the impressive history and diversity of Southeast Seattle.
