Fremont Neighborhood Awareness Event

You are invited to a Neighborhood Awareness Event Organized by the Fremont Chamber of Commerce and Hosted by Adobe.

When: April 10th, 5:30-7:00

 

Where: Adobe campus in the Adobe University Rooms: Enter into the main lobby doors on Canal Street of the 701 Building.

 

Scheduled Guest Speakers: Seattle City Council Member Sally Clark; Seattle Police Department Crime Prevention Specialist Neil Hansen. Other speakers may be announced later.

 

Purpose: To build awareness of the different groups and organizations in Fremont, and to provide information on how to keep your business or residence safe from burglary, vandalism etc…We will be handing out packets of useful information that you can use to keep yourself and your property safe.

 

The first hour of the event will feature the guest speakers, and the last half hour will be an open house format with informational tables from at least ten organizations based in Fremont including: The Fremont Arts Council, The Fremont Neighborhood Council, The Fremont Chamber of Commerce, First Friday Art Walk, The Workshop (production company for the Fremont Fair), Solid Ground (formerly the Fremont Public Association), BF Day School, The Fremont Abbey Arts Center, The Wallingford Boys and Girls Club, and Literacy Source. As the event details unfold there may be additional organizations and departments participating as well.
